Yes! You can cancel anytime & we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for the cost of your subscription if you are not satisfied with our services. Although, we know you're gonna love us!
Are there additional fees?
The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of Voice AI (monthly allotment + fees described below)l. If you would like additional bots built for you these are charged per bot.
Do you offer support?
YES! We provide you with help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even email tech support. If that's not enough, we also offer on-demand Teams/Loom Video support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!

Cancellation Policy
We believe in earning your trust—not locking you in.
30-Day Risk-Free Period: You may cancel your subscription for a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied—no questions asked.
After 30 Days (Official Partner Status): Once your initial 30 days have passed, you’ll become an official GuestBrands Partner. At this point, cancellations require a minimum of 10 days’ advance notice, submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
Cancellation requests made with fewer than 10 days’ notice may result in being billed for the next billing cycle.
Additional Fees
Your monthly subscription includes:
Full access to the GuestBrands platform
Unlimited user accounts for your team
Other potential charges include:
Voice AI Usage Fees: These are based on actual usage and billed separately - after monthly allotment, it is billed at $0.18/min.
Custom Bot Builds: If you'd like our team to build additional AI bots for your business, those are billed per bot on a case-by-case basis.

After 30 Days: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
